PLANNING & PREPARATION
- We begin with a Wedding Itinerary, a comprehensive overview that encompasses every detail.
- Regular meetings are scheduled throughout the process, either in-person or virtually, to design a unique style and experience for your wedding day.
- We develop an overall wedding budget that allows us to implement your vision while prioritizing those elements that are most important to you.
- A Planning Timeline is created that will keep everyone focused on the most important details.
- You have 24/7 online access to your Planning Portal where you can watch the details come together.
- You receive Priority Access to your wedding planner throughout the entire process, with unlimited email contact.
- We provide frequent check-ins to ensure that everything is progressing according to plan.

- Act as a liaison between wedding party, family members, guests, and vendors.
- Coordinate vendor setup to ensure that everyone is in the correct place.
- Oversee the setup of all ceremony and reception décor.
- Direct ushers with programs and seating distribution.
- Line up and cue the wedding party and ceremony musicians.
- Take care of all of the small details, including distributing bouquets, pinning on corsages, bustling the wedding gown, providing the marriage license to the officiant, and ensuring that the wedding rings are available.

This package was designed with the busiest of couples in mind. We start by having a planning meeting to understand your must-haves and then we take over. All you have to do is show up on your wedding day! The details of this package vary drastically based on the needs of each couple, so we have not listed specifications.
Set Up
Let us bring your vision to life with our set up add-on. Our experienced two-person team will handle every detail of your event’s physical set up with precision and care, ensuring everything is perfectly arranged according to your plan.
