PLANNING & PREPARATION

We begin with a consultation where we discuss your vision and create an overview of your event.
We create an Event Timeline that details your big day from start to finish.
All vendor contracts are confirmed and reviewed to ensure that your best interests are protected.
We provide a timeline to all vendors and coordinate their arrival and setup.
You stay in contact with your Event Coordinator throughout the entire process, typically through email or text message.

YOUR EVENT IS HERE!

Below is just a partial list of the details that we handle for you so that you can relax and enjoy your event:

Your dedicated Event Coordinator will be with you the entire day. For larger events, an assistant may be added.
Coordinate vendor setup to ensure that everyone is in the correct place.
Oversee the setup of the décor, tables, chairs, etc.
Manage the flow and timing of the event.
Oversee all of the vendors and to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Distribute final payments and gratuities as needed.
And, we always have our ‘Problem-Solving Kit’ available so that we can address any unexpected situations.

You have 24/7 online access to your Planning Portal where you can watch the details come together.
You receive Priority Access to your event planner throughout the entire process, with unlimited email contact.
Regular meetings are scheduled throughout the process, and we provide frequent check-ins to ensure that everything is progressing according to plan.
